Missing data mobile quick access in notification

Hello everyone. I bought a Galaxy Note 4 N910P one week ago. And then I recognized that it doesn't have mobile data quick access in notification on Android 5.1.1
I searched Google and Samsung says it is general error on android 5.1.1 of any devices. Samsung promised that they will fix it in the future. I think that I can't wait for them. So anybody in here can tell me how to solve the problem? Thanks so much

can't access recovery mode

i'm using galaxy grand quattro.. i can't go to the recovery mode in my phone.. the screen stays blank.. can anyone help me??

Unable to view the access point name settings...

Hello guys,
after playing around and flashing some roms and rooted my note edge sm-n915f on lollipop 5.1.1 I noticed that I don't have data connection at all. Looking to the APN settings and found this: Unable to view the access point name settings. Access is restricted for the current user profile.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Nexus 6 With No OS, Just TWRP & ADB Access

I accidentally deleted the OS on my Nexus 6 when trying to flash a new rom via TWRP.

Now I can't flash any rom including stock rom due to error message that says "unable to mount storage".

I have access to adb com with the device, but don't know how to complete process of returning phone to stock based on current problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: My machine is a Mac

Hey everyone,

I am one of the people who tried the office bootloader unlock and now I have a problem. My phone will not boot to android. I get the android with the exclamation mark that flashes. I can reboot and select recovery at the bootloader, but when I hit power and vol+ I get the recovery screen for about 4 seconds before it goes back to the android with exclamation mark. I can see the following last few lines repeat:
E: cant mount cache (invalid argument)
E: failed to mount /cache/recovery/locale

I tried to erase the cache in fastboot, but I get the error "FAILED (remote: can not mount the necessary partition)". I cannot access adb as I cannot get the recovery to pull up. I am pretty sure my bootloader is still locked. It is like my partitions have been messed up. I know that Asus is aware of the issue with the bootloader app, but any updates pushed in apk format or that require the recovery will not be of help to me.

Is there anyway to rebuild the partitions or reflash the firmware via fastboot with a locked bootloader? I am used to an old Nook Tablet that you can boot from an sd card to fix issues like this.
