Broke it... CWP boot loop

Hello, my tablet seems to be stuck in a boot loop and i've tried flashing the recovery and supersu again to no avail. I've also tried that exitrecovery zip floating around. I think I might have flashed a kernel by accident want trying to root.

Background
Tried using WinDroid Universal Android ToolKit. <- was successful in unlocking bootloader only. tried various times to install twrp but nothing would happen. The "recovery mode" in BL would just show android with caution triangle. I then used WinDroid's "commands" section to try and flash recovery. I may have flashed kernel instead? I have CWM 6.0.5.0. Help would be appreciated. This is what i get for trying to take the easy way out -_-

Flashed wrong boot file

Hi :) Well I had this big problem and I was close to solving it until i messed things up, I tried to not ask for help here but it's been a week and I can't find anything ): My g925p is just useless right now. I hope you can help me

Short version
Using Twrp I picked the efs.img to flash it and I didn't see it had two options ( Boot, recovery ) It's on boot by default so I guess the file flashed as boot and now everytime i turn the phone on it goes directly to download screen ( for odin ) ... I think if someone can make a backup of their boot.img file and upload it somewhere i could flash it and then everything would be back to normal ? At least boot into the rom .-. Thanks for your time !
By the way, When I try to transfer files via sideload twrp tells me i need a higher version for that device, And I have the latest version .-. Thank you guys :)

It all started when I tried to flash twrp with flashify, I guess i flashed a wrong version and my phone got stuck on a bootloop, I fixed it by installing the latest version of twrp and factory reset, But then it got into a bootloop in the initial setup, So I decided to Flash a light rom and it worked ! but it wouldn't connect to data, Before I had this problem I backed up esf.img and I thought it would restore connection, But then ... How to boot LG Leon into recovery?

I've successfully rooted my T-Mobile LG Leon, and I've successfully installed TWRP, but for the life of me, I can't get the phone to boot into recovery. I can RE-boot into recovery from TWRP manager, but I can't actually boot into it from a fully powered-down state. I've tried every combination of the power and volume buttons I can think of, and nothing ever works. Download Mode works, the factory restore menu works, but I CANNOT get into recovery. Is there a very specific set of instructions anywhere that I can follow?

NOte II crasher at boot logo

Hello,
I have SG note II 7100, and from few months (maybe once per 2 weeks) my phone turns off and it stucks on "Samsung galaxy note II" restarts loop. It used to appened on cm11 and now cm12.1 (latest, version of the ROM doesn't seem to be a problem). To solve this problem I have to remove my battery for about 1,5h or remove it and keep pulling power + vol down for about 5minutes. Then it boots. I searched in the internet about similar problems but I couldn't find the way to solve my problem.

All details about my phone: cm12.1, CM recovery.

PS: last time (tooday) it stucked was while sb called to me.
PS2: I used to use xposed and lucky patcher some time ago but I stopped (I thought it can cause a problem) but without it it's the same. Now I don't use any apps that modify system data etc

Phone cant boot into recovery? tried everything...

Hi I have a rooted Z1 Compact with locked bootloader and xz dual recovery which I installed lollipop 5.1.1 on through twrp yesterday. Everything works fine the only problem is I'm completely unable to boot into recovery... any recovery. I've tried all combinations of buttons, downloaded quick root and tried to boot into recovery through ndr utils, rom and twrp manager but nothing works.. It just reboots as normal after hanging a little on the opening graphics. My volume buttons work fine, however when I boot up my phone where the led used to light up I noticed it isn't lighting up (although it is for texts/charging etc). Has anyone got any advice? I really need to get into recovery...

Phone wont boot up after i tried installing a new rom

Okay, so i have a galaxy s blaze 4g and i am having troubles booting up my phone i tried installing the stock rom back onto it after having cm11 on it for a couple days but it was not letting me use the internet it would always give me errors and i am having trouble just getting it back to the stock rom it loads up says samsung and then goes blank i have no idea what to do i have been scrolling through the internet for hours on end trying to find a solution please help!! :c

[Kernel] [Compilation] [Boot] SM-N910F

Hi,

I downloaded the SM-N910F kernel from samsung compiled and burned it with Heimdall. It works fine.
The problem I am facing is when I add some code into the kernel. It won't boot (returns do DOWNLOAD mode screen), error message "could not do normal boot".
Note: I have tried burning my boot.img both with Heimdall (linux) and Odin (windows), and get the same results, i.e. unmodfied kernel works fine, modified -- fails.

It seems to be a zImage size issue.
I tested this by only adding lots of seq_print(m ,"something somthing ....") in print_binder_transaction() (drivers/stagin/android/binder.c). just to make the zImage bigger (unmodified zImage size: 9792000 bytes, bloated zImage 9799072 bytes, only ~7Kb more).

I checked the with busybox fdisk the BOOT partition size, its 17MB.
I pulled the boot.img with dd from the device and used "abootimg -u boot.img -k ../arch/arm/boot/zImage" to update it with my compiled zImage.

Stuck with Resurrection Mix Logo on boot

Hi,

A few days ago I installed Resurrection-Remix-LP-v5.5.7-20151010-bacon.zip and it worked nicely. Today I installed Resurrection-Remix-LP-v5.5.8-20151018-bacon.zip but on rebooting I am stuck with the Resurrection Mix Logo. I restored the backup I made earlier with the same result. Any help is very much appreciated.

Stuck in HC Bootloader after unbrick, can't flash 4.x boot

Hello everybody, I come here because I have unbrick my A500 with a zip named "root-3.2.1-V4", this zip use EUUS acer tool to flash Android 3.2.1 (it seems like a stock rom with superuser installed and OTA disabled) with CWM 5.x and HC bootloader I presume, so I want to flash an ICS bootloader and lastest thor recovery for flash the lastest Android 5.1.1 but I don't find how to flash the newbootloader without the OTA and update.zip (because all link are dead), I have try this tutorial but i can only select the fourth recovery/bootloader and it make nvflash error :

Boot image verify failed! please help

Hi,
I have a Huawei G6-u10 device which wont' boot and I get this message every time phone reboots:
"Boot image verify failed! "

I downloaded the firmware from official site and tried to apply update in recovery mode but it says : " an error accoured ...."

I tried to apply boot.img from official firmware in fastboot mode but it says Command not allowed. What should I do? Please help.

I tried to get the unlock code for unlocking bootloader but because the phone won't boot i can't get product ID.

Boot Loop Problem persists after installing Lollipop ROM & clean install

I was using the Blekota Note 4(based on Kitkat) on my i9300 when it one day suddenly it restarted on its own and went into a bootloop and heated up. So I took out the battery and tried starting it again by clearing cache and dalvik cache. But it was still stuck at bootloop. After about 3 hours, somehow it came back on its own, but all the data and settings were lost. The downloaded apps were present, but their settings were lost.

Since I would have to again set up all apps, I wanted to try a new rom, Lollipop based. I downloaded the latest RESURRECTION REMIX (5.5.7) apps and downloaded the OpenGapps micro package. But after trying a clean install, the boot loop problem was still there. I tried with a different Gapp package, from OmniRom thread (all were for Android 5.1) but still no help. Even flashing the ROM alone would be of no help. I remembered I had a similar problem after flashing Boeffla kernel and the solution in that case was flashing a new version of the kernal. I tried that also. But no help.

I changed my recovery from CWM to TWRP as someone in some thread mentioned that it could help. But still No avail. In doing a clean rom, I tried almost 3 roms, cleaned cache, system, dalvik cache and even the internal storage and tried all other combinations. BUT THE SAME BOOT LOOP PROBLEM REMAINED.

As a last resort I had to flash the original 4.3 JellyBean firmware hoping that performing a clean install from that would help. But even after that the boot loop remains. Someone please help me flash a Lollipop based rom. This thing is driving me crazy now.

Slow Boot CyanogenMod 12.1

Hi everybody!
I have a Galaxy S3 Mini with Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 (Android 5.1.1)(Latest relase of Novafusion) and it is extremely slow on boot, it takes about 2 minutes!
When (about 3 months ago) was with stock ROM it was booting well but not with this ROM

Any solution?

Things I've tryed:
-Reinstall ROM
-Clean Cache and Dalvik
-Download BootManager from Exposed Installer and limited boot starting apps

If this can help I have installed Live Boot so I can get a full boot log and post it here
