Need help ugrading from Rooted NI2-- it's been awhile

So it's been awhile since my last upgrade/root/flash. I've been out of the loop for quite some time. I stopped after upgrading to NI2 and rooting with towelroot + safestrap. I need some help upgrading to the latest lollipop version w/root until we get M. If anyone could help, it would be very much appreciated!

If you want a strong, sturdy plastic case this is it! The case design is really great and you can tell there was a lot of time put into this case by the manufacturer. My phone is the black sapphire color and I was sent the clear case so it keeps the note 5s amazing look. I am not a huge fan of the branding but it is what it is.
