Guys I have a pic of the screen showing error message about port not being recognized can someone help me figure this out so I can root device and allow hotspot tethering????? Please anyone??? Thank you if you decide to help it will be much appreciated!!!!!!!

Phone Wont Recognize Sim Card And Sd Card
hello
i have desire hd phone
after i removed my sim card and sd card and replace it and restartet my phone - phone wont recognize my sim card and sd card ! i flashed other roms and my last rom but it wont work ! my sd card is avalible in recovery and my file explorer but i not have acces to sd card and sim card in phone ! i cant open apps ore make a call !
what i should do ?
(sim card and sd card are fine and tested in other phone )
