Jr Member here. How do I report bugs for specific ROMs?

I recently downloaded and installed the ALBE S6 port to my Galaxy S4 and found some features that brick your phone when enabled. These features are not mentioned in the development thread, and I'm too new to post a reply. Suggestions?

setting up an Email account in the default Email app causes the phone to hard reboot and spin at the samsung splash screen forever.
Enabling energy saving mode and rebooting causes the phone to spin at the samsung splash screen upon next reboot.
Both issues can be resolved by restoring backed up data.

HTC ONE M7 tampered, relocked, security warning. how did i get here?

Hello everyone. It is my first time here, and ofcourse it is a problem that brings me here. I have an old HTC one m7, that was recently upgraded to 5.0.2 and i decided to play with it a little and root it as rooting sounded pretty cool and somewhat easy to do. noooooooo. it wasnt. after watching couple videos on youtube im now with an end result that looks like this ***TAMPERED***RELOCKED***SECURITY WARNING*** and stuck in bootloader. if i power off the device it gives me htc logo and then goes right back to the bootloader. i dont know how to get out of it. there is nothing out there with current links that would work for me. anybody has an advice or instructions ill take them all. thank you.
ps if it is of any matter the phone was att, i say was only because att logo doesnt come up when power off and on.
