Gallery pics showing a triangle and exclamation point when openning

Hi new here but i got an issue with my phone. I can take pics but wen openning it, it shows a triangle with an exclamation point. Would post pic to show how it looks but idk how. Please help it's buggin me.. And wen i want to upload the pic on IG or FB it would say photo cannot be found or uploaded?? Please help. Phine is rooted if that helps. Got an LG G Stylo thanks.
