adb drivers

I cannot seem to be able to install adb for the op2, even though the installation is successful it just shows an error and even the device does not let me allow usb debugging

any ideas"?

drivers for winotouch i81

i need help with the touch driver for wintouch i81
first I updated to windows 10 and that messed up the touch and g-sensor
so I installed windows 8.1 back but not the original one with the device
I got all the drivers from internet and every thing works fine but touch is still messed up,touches do register but not properly
can any one provide drivers for that device?
